VStar PhotoAlbum

This release adds an automatic folders structure
check, deletes
thumbnail subfolders that no longer have
corresponding subfolders under
the "photos" folder, returns the "PhotoAlbum" link
in the image view to
the appropriate section, and adds a variable which
determines whether
the maximum or minimum resolution size should be
taken as a basis when
resizing an image on the server side.
