Minor changes to track changes in Wacs 0.7.1.

This is a big release from the user interface
point of view, with
much-improved model bios, improved location
flagging, keyword searching,
mark-viewed features in the tagging system, and
many other little
enhancements. It continues toward the 0.7 release
series goal of
providing a Web interface to content management
with the new application
"wacssetmanager".

This release has new features and many bugfixes. It includes a new Web-based Model Manager application, locations-based filtering (e.g. Bathroom), and a new connections infrastructure for galleries and ad-hoc collections.

This is the Wacs-PHP release to coincide with the mainstream Wacs 0.6.2 release. It supports the new parameters, features and schema changes brought into the main Wacs package at 0.6.2. It also sees the implementation in PHP of two of the most useful date manipulation functions in the WACS API: gettoday and timecomps. These are extremely useful for doing What's New pages. There's also a new section of the documentation describing the different symantics of these new routines from their Perl equivalents.

The set index page got a massive makeover with a
new pretty paginated style, much improved
formatting, and more links and information. The
search forms have also had a major makeover with
new icons, the ratings search system working, and
a more compact layout. The new context sensitive
JavaScript menus have been added to much more of
the system, including the new additions pages. The
installer script has been updated significantly
and now supports Ubuntu (Feisty Fawn) as well as
Fedora.
