WebCalendar is a Web-based calendar application that can be configured as a single-user calendar, a multi-user calendar for groups of users, or as an event calendar viewable by visitors. WebCalendar requires a database such as MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, ODBC, or Interbase. Features include email reminders, iCal/vCal import/export, remote subscriptions for Sunbird or Apple iCal, LDAP and NIS support, and translations for 29 languages.

This release adds fancy new admin interface and user group support, allows users to view a set of other users' calendars all on the same page, has support for public access to the calendar that requires no login, checks the user's language preference when sending out a reminder, adds mouse-over tooltips (IE only), includes a URL in email reminders and notifications, adds Interbase support, allows searching of other user's calendars, and has numerous security and other miscellaneous fixes.
