WinFF processes multiple files in multiple formats

For compatibility reasons, Linux binaries are now compiled for GTK1. Starting multiple instances of ffmpeg has been fixed. Tab order has been fixed. A couple of Linux preferences bugs have been fixed. A checkbox to display the ffmpeg command to be used has been added. Presets for Ipod, AMR Audio, h264, and 3g2 have been added.
