This release features improved database access
routines, adds documentation, fixes a problems
with adding a new project and editing existing
ones, and adds some ideas for future features to a
TODO file.
This release is primarily an update to work with
the "snapshot" branch of the bbsengine. There have
been some schema changes, security updates, and
plenty of bugfixes since the last release in the
previous branch.
