Project Description

xdesktopwaves is a cellular automata which sets
the background of an X11 desktop as if it were
under water. Window and mouse movements cause
ripples on the desktop like ships on the sea. You
can also simulate rain or a storm stirring up the
water.

xdesktopwaves has new options for setting the
intensity of the rain and storm features. Even the
viscosity of the fluid is no longer a constant,
and these changes do not incur any speed loss.
Additionally, some bugfixes and final
optimizations have been made.
