The header, footer, and page size can be set with
the firefox renderer. iText was recompiled to work
on JVM 1.4, and a LinkageError on JVM 1.4 was
corrected. The sample application was updated to
use all the new properties. The javadoc was
updated. The Firefox sample files were updated.
