ZynAddSubFX

This version includes a port for Windows, an internal virtual keyboard, a configuration window, and frequency tracking to filter. It improves the OscilGen (harmonic filter, RMS normalisation, etc.), improves the recorder (uses the WAV file format and it starts only when a key is pressed), adds filter interpolation if the frequency is changed very fast (it removes some annoying clicks), and includes other improvements, bugfixes, speedups, and cleanups of the code.

This release adds keylimit to Part, the ability to use multiple filter
stages in order to make very steep filter rolloffs (e.g., 48
dB/octave), ADsynth, noise mode, the ability to make fixed
frequencies, a "Punch" parameter, an external program "Controller"
which enables you to use the mouse for MIDI controllers, and other
improvements and bugfixes.

This version adds a mono mode and portamento, and adds the EQ effect. The output of a system effect can be sent to others system effects, and there were minor bugfixes and improvements.

In this version, some settings (like sample rate) are set at runtime (by the command line), there is a new distortion effect, controllers were added, along with NRPNs for changing all effects parameters by MIDI, bugs were removed, and other improvements were added.

This version adds a JACK output and includes minor improvements and bugfixes.
