I confused about compile error from overlayWeaver. because, if we won't use these Jars, move other build-path ( IgnoreDependencyLib/ ). or parge compile-error-source from this project.

前回のテストリリースの2009052701にはDHTへキャッシュを公開するのを忘れていたwwww　という致命的なバグが有ったので、ここを中心に修正。
一応の動作確認が取れた。
ログ周りの掃除も進行中。
未だバージョンチェックは未実装。

あまりにもUPnP周りでトラブるので、tokenと相談の上UPnPはリリース0.3からは削除する事に決めました。experimentalな機能としては残るかもしれませんが、デフォルト無効の方針です。
ですので、ポート解放は自力でお願い致します。
9899/tcpと9900/tcpの２つをインターネットからアクセス可能にして下さい。
そうなっていないノードは一刀両断、エラーを吐いて落とす仕組みになっておりますww

dakara.dht moved to com.dokukino.genkidama.dht, Overlay Weaver moved to src/ etc..
