  Message:
admin: update bundled jquery.flot library to 0.8.3

jquery.flot-0.7.js contains a minified part in script.
This is not good in the point of view of bundling source.

For example, lintian reports an error like this:

      E: groonga source: source-is-missing data/html/admin/js/jquery.flot-0.7.js line length is 2952 characters (>512)

  Modified files:
    data/html/admin/js/jquery.flot.license.txt
  Renamed files:
    data/html/admin/js/jquery.flot-0.8.3.js
      (from data/html/admin/js/jquery.flot-0.7.js)

  Renamed: data/html/admin/js/jquery.flot-0.8.3.js (+1540 -817) 57%
