Ping監視の起動時にjboss.logに以下のエラーログが出力され
る。ログは１度のみ出力され、Ping監視は正常に動作する。

ver.2.2.2では上記のファイルを使用しないのが
読みこもうとするためエラーが発生する。
（動作に問題なし。）

ver2.3.0では該当ファイルを使用しますが、
用意されています。
