不具合報告：CanopusHQコーデックで上下反転 (2010-01-02 07:04 by ぼん #47694)

HDRECSというカードでキャプチャしたAVIファイルが上下反転していました。
環境：WinXP32bit XeonE3110 MEM12GB RareonHD5750
