OS: Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 (32bit)
CPU: Core2Quad 6600 2.4GHz
MEM: 4GB(認識3.25GB)
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 3650 (512MB)
GPUドライバ: Catalyst 8.620.0.0
Java: JRE SE 1.6.0_18

アプリをダブルクリックしても反応がなく、起動しません。
タスクマネージャのプロセスからのぞくと、起動しようとはしているみたいです。ＣＰＵも食いますので。

どうもReportの結果をコピペできないので、とりあえずこれで送信します。
コピペできるようになったらまた追って報告致します。

これは Catalyst Control Center では「Driver Packaging Version」に表示される
バージョン番号かと思いますが、そのバージョンに該当する Catalyst Version は
9.6 のようですので、同バージョンで試したところ71乳Ｐさんの症状と同様に
何の反応もなく、しかしCPUには負荷がかかっている状態となりました。

最新のドライバをお使い頂けばおそらく動作すると思います。
