Subversionリポジトリが空っぽなのはなぜですか？ (2010-05-15 23:30 by Anonymous #50622)

TortoiseSVNでチェックアウトしようとして驚きました。
ソースコードはダウンロード出来ないんでしょうか？オープンソースの筈ですが・・・

http://sourceforge.jp/projects/javie/releases/?package_id=10942
に.tar.gzにしたものがあります。

こちらの開発の都合上、sourceforge.jpのSVNリポジトリは今のところ使っていません。

ソースの場所わかりました。ありがとうございます。
しかしリポジトリ使っていないのはなぜですか？別形式を使っていて移行が難しいんでしょうか。
SVNと言いましたが、Gitのような分散バージョン管理システムも便利かもしれません。

sourceforge.jpのSubversionサーバは時間帯によってはかなり重いと聞いているものでして...

Eclipseのgitクライアント(EGit)がだいぶ良くなってきたようなので移行を考えてはいますが、
今のところJavieの開発ではgitにしたからといってすぐにメリットがあるわけでもない気がするので、
何かキリの良いタイミングで移行しようと思っています。

なお、手元の環境ではSubversionを使っています。

Gitにすれば、速度の問題はクリアできますが、確かにSubversionでも十分使えますし、今すぐ移行するメリットが有るかといわれれば微妙ですね。
GitはSubversionリポジトリを中央リポジトリにしたり、Subversionリポジトリの内容をGitリポジトリにインポートしたりできるので、
移行は楽そうです。
