キーフレームの使用方法（追加方法？）がわかりません。

You can not use Wiki syntax

取り急ぎ１点だけ回答します。キーフレームの詳細についてはまた後で書きます。

各プロパティ名の左に、ストップウォッチのアイコンがありますが、
それをクリックするとキーフレームを使用することができるようになります。
