翻訳者情報追加のお知らせです。
翻訳したものには、以下のように translators 要素に
翻訳者情報を置くようにお願いします。これにより、翻訳
したものにフッターに情報が表示されます。現在のところ、
email 情報は使っていないので、name 属性だけあれば、
OK です。
