・メソッド名の一貫性の確保
・StringUtil#urlEncodeを非推奨、かわりにStringUtil#encodeURLを使うこと
・StringUtil#urlDecodeを非推奨、かわりにStringUtil#decodeURLを使うこと

DES.java をユーティリティクラスとして実装

[junkutil.crypt.Hasher.java]
・インスタンス化禁止
・各メソッドを static メソッドへ
・微修正
テストコード実装済

DES.java を [junkutil.crypt.Crypter.java] として実装。
MD5.java を [junkutil.crypt.Hasher.java] として実装。

修正点
・インスタンス化禁止
・各メソッドを static メソッドへ
・微修正
・テストコード実装

sh0uさんの実装、拝見しました。
各メソッドをstatic化した実装は良いと思います。
ただ、以下の理由でいますぐの取り込みはちょっと難しいです。

１．既存のクラスMD5、DESを維持して今回の変更を取り入れると、
　　当然ですが同じ役割のクラスが混在する状況になり、ユーザが混乱します。
２．既存のクラスMD5、DESを削除しての置き換えるとなると、APIの大幅変更
　　ということで、おそらく1.0.xから1.1.xにバージョンを上げることになります。
３．ネーミングの問題。事実上MD5算出用にしか使わないであろうクラスに
　　Hasherと命名することは、ユーザの理解を妨げるかもしれません。
　　Crypterのほうは、確かにその名前のほうが適切だと思いますが。

というわけで、少し保留にさせてください。
