log4cppのサンプルはtestsディレクトリの中にあります。しかし、説明が無いので、分かり難いところがありますので、説明します。

このクラスはlog4cpp::Categoryのサブクラスな訳ですが、何が違うかと言うと、NDC(ネスト化診断コンテキスト)の部分が固定文字列に置き換えられるということです。
