ほんとだ．こちらのミスです．ce47b22ab90751e31f17f79d634359b8ec4e2435 でなおしました．
# git レポジトリ -> 個人用作業ディレクトリ（レポジトリとは全くの別） -> git レポジトリ，の過程でミスしたようです．
