タイトル通り，Cygwin と出力しようとするとエラーになります．

 \documentclass{ltjsarticle}
 \begin{document}
 Cygwin
 \end{document}

これで，

error: /home/kmaeda/texmf/tex/luatex/luatexja/src/ltj-setwidth.lua:255: attempt to perform arithmetic on local 'ld' (a nil value)
.
\newpage ...k \@nobreakfalse \everypar {}\fi \par 
                                                  \vfil \penalty -\@M 
l.4 \end{document}

と出ます．aa49de0 の ltj-setwidth.lua の変更が原因のようです．
