を試してみると，3点リーダが \ldots のようになってしまいます．オプションに Script=CJK をつければ意図通りになるようなので，特に副作用がないようならば luatexja-fontspec の \g__fontspec_default_fontopts_clist に Script=CJK を追加してもよいのかな，と思いました．
