JFM features will not be preparedly loaded if there were spaces before/after commas.

I don't know if it is really a bug, but normally the spaces will be ignored before/after ='s in other LaTeX settings.

I'll look at the syntax of luaotfload's font request, and see what we can do. (Perhaps I'll put in some code to remove spaces in luatexja-fontspec.)
