Eclipse Lunaが日本語化されません。 (2014-12-04 19:12 by luna #74969)

Eclipse Lunaを日本語化しようとしていますが、プレアデスが適用されません。
Lunaが起動しなくなります。
FAQに記述されてます通り、手順を試したのですが、まったく駄目でした。

c:\eclipse\eclipse.exe -clean.cmd は有効な win32 アプリケーションではありません。

これはどういう意味を示しているのでしょうか？

機種は、PC-VL770VＧです。
