minix-up

This is the first testing release of MINIX historical repository, using MINIX sources (1.5 to 2.0.3, standard only) provided at Minix-vmd site.

This testing release 01 aims:
` * Demonstration of versioning system for MINIX users
` * Reseraching how to build CVS Repository more effectively for MINIX users
