Circle M+との合成先をNasuにすればライセンス面がゆるくなるのでは？

考慮中です。

Mgen+フォント

こちらは「Circle M+の元になったM+フォント」と「Nasuの元になった源真ゴシック」を合成していますね。
ライセンスも、IPAゴシックよりはゆるい「SIL Open Font License 1.1」になっています。
