Details

When an inputfile is not find or 0 bite, MolDS ends with segmentation fault. Three patterns written below should be fixed.

(1) Input file "hoge.in" does not exist:

./MolDS.out hoge.in
->segmentation fault

(2) Input file "foo.in" is 0 bite:

./MolDS.out foo.in
->segmentation fault

(3) Input file "foo.in" is 0 bite:

./MolDS.out < foo.in
->segmentation fault
