フォント生成スクリプト改造版 (2010-03-26 19:37 by mandel59 #49737)

フォント生成スクリプト改造版を作りました。

現時点では次の変更を加えてあります。
- 等幅フォントではfiなどを合字にしないような変更
- 鼻濁音「か゚」のような合成文字を追加できるようにする変更
私用領域のU+E055～U+E059にひらがなの鼻濁音「か゚き゚く゚け゚こ゚」、U+E205～U+E209にカタカナの鼻濁音「カ゚キ゚ク゚ケ゚コ゚」、U+E20D,U+E211,U+E213,U+E29Bにそれぞれ「セ゚ツ゚ト゚ㇷ゚」を追加すると、M+フォントからこれらの文字が使えるようになるはずです(が、現状ではまだ試せていません)。

スクリプトにまたいくつかの修正を加えてみました。自分の環境での動作を確認しましたが、うまく動かないかもしれません。確認よろしくおねがいします。

からtar.gzとしてダウンロードできます。
中にMakefileがあるので、それだけ親ディレクトリ(scripts/../)に置いてください。
主な修正点:
* ダイアクリティカルマーク・濁点・半濁点の合成用テーブルへのデータの追加およびグリフ名の修正
Mac OS Xのテキストエディットでも鼻濁音仮名やアイヌ語で使われる仮名(カ゚、セ゚など)が正しく表示されるようになります。
また、NFD正規化された濁音、半濁音文字がLinuxでも正しく表示できるようになります。
(LinuxからMac OS Xのファイルシステムにアクセスしたときなど。ラテン文字の対応は不完全です。)
* 漢字の取り込みかたの変更
今まではM+ 1とM+ 2ではそれぞれ漢字が共通なのに、フォントごとに漢字を個別に生成していました。
そこで mplus-1k, mplus-2k というダミーの漢字だけのフォントを先に生成し、そのフォントから各フォントにグリフを取り込むよう処理を変更しました。
この変更で生成がはやくなるのではないかと思います。

"scripts-for-building-mplus-fonts-scripts-for-building-mplus-fonts" ディレクトリ内の
各ファイルを "mplus_outline_fonts/scripts" ディレクトリに設置、ただし
"scripts-for-building-mplus-fonts-scripts-for-building-mplus-fonts/Makefile" のみ
"mplus_outline_fonts/Makefile" として設置すればよいのでしょうか？

M+ 2 の漢字は若干小振りな仮名文字に合わせて縮小指定をしてありますが大丈夫でしょうか。

はい、そうです。

はい、M+ 2の漢字は縮小指定してあります。

早速、プロジェクトメンバとして登録させていただきました。

新しいスクリプト群で make を試みたのですが、
- - -
sed s/^#Mplus-1P#// scripts/target-Makefile.1.tmpl > work.d/targets/mplus-1p/Makefile
/bin/sh: work.d/targets/mplus-1p/Makefile: No such file or directory
make: *** [work.d/targets/mplus-1p/Makefile] Error 1
- - -
で停止してしまいます。
何かお分かりになりますでしょうか。

make -j n
での並列ビルドができなくなりました。
(なんとなく完走したように見えますが、最終的な ttf がありません)
