Mass++について

Mass++ は 2006 年から 2014 年まで国の助成を得て開発が進められてきた質量分析ソフトウェアです。 2015年 3 月にソースコードが公開され、同年5月に発足した Mass++ ユーザ会により開発・保守がなされています。

Mass++ は、データの読込・表示や解析処理を開発するための基盤となるコアライブラリと、個々のデータ処理機能を担うプラグインで構成されています。プラグインの開発は容易で、新たな質量分析アプリケーションやデータ解析アルゴリズムの開発・評価を手軽に進めることを可能とします。
