dream945 さんに翻訳していただいたGoogle音声認識アドオンの po ファイルを、西本が少し手直しして後述の通りコミットしました。

質問をいただいたことをこちらで回答します。

• "languages: %d" はどういう意味か？ → %d には数値が入るので、そのまま %d と書かなくてはいけない。類似のものに %s （任意の文字列）があり、また Python の書式指定文字列という半角波カッコに囲まれた文字列が使われることもある。
• "&Add the languages" はショートカットキーか？どう翻訳するか？ → "言語の追加(&A)" のような書き方をすることが、日本語環境の Windows アプリでは一般的。
• アドオンの翻訳作業者がアドオンをビルドするにはどうしたらよいか？ → NVDA をビルドできる環境を完全に整える必要はないが、少なくとも Python 2.7 と scons が必要。 Python markdown パッケージが必要であることも多い。引き続き確認します。
