TeamViewer アドオンの翻訳フラグを有効にしました。

既存のアドオンを、同じ機能のままコミュニティのアドオンとして保守することになったようです。

TeamViewer 9 でテストされているそうです。旧バージョンでの動作は未確認です。

本家の音声会議イベントで TeamViewer が利用される予定です。
