InstantTranslate アドオンですが、 新しいバージョンで操作方法が変わったのに、 ドキュメントが変わっていないという状況です。

テキストを Shift+矢印キーなどで選択して、 NVDA+Shift+t をまず押して、 それから（何も押さないで） t を押すと、 選択されたテキストの翻訳結果を読み上げます。 （この手順で 3.0-dev がちゃんと動作していることを確認しました）

NVDA と同時に押すコマンドが増えすぎると他のアドオンと操作が衝突するので、 こういう操作方法に変えようという話のようです。

Shortcuts

All following commands must be pressed after modifier key "NVDA+Shift+t":

t: Translate selected text,
Shift+t: translate text from the Clipboard,
S: swap source and target languages,
A: announce current configuration,
C: copy last result to clipboard,
I: identify the language of selected text,
h: announces all available commands to user.

いまは確認だけですが InstantTranslate アドオンの nvda.po は未翻訳が発生中。

Download development version のほうは再び使えるようになったという話。
