Fix a bug that html to DAT converter failed conversion of responses that
are represented in multi-line HTML sources when source HTML fragments
are in odd states, i.e. only first line is available, due to networking.
In such case, the first line were completely ignored after waiting for
networking progress, and thus, such responses were treated as broken
because first half were dropped.
