Possitive:
.Net, adjustable, light, user-friendly, has the most features you would need for comfortable work.
Negative:
(not critical for me)
1) Any way to save the state of the previous work when you restarting the app? There is only "mark as read" option, but when it's not enabled it doesn't work as you suppose it to do.
2) You can't re-adjust or set up new shortcut keys.

The most features work as they supposed to do. Standart windows-way interface makes it very comfortable and adjustable for desktop using. Would be cool to have "reply all" feature on the double click, but that's not critical of course.
It's still my favourite twitter client for Win.
