PeaZip Donation

My running version is
PeaZip release 6.4.1 - Windows Build

In my Windows 10, I added "C:\Program Files (x86)\PeaZip\" to environmental variable %PATH%. I open command prompt, run `peazip -add2pea 01.jpg 03.jpg 04` and nothing happens. No pea archive generated.
