　タイトル画面表示時、タイトルメニューボタンではなく、
ウィンドウメニュー、またはアクセラレーションキーで「ロ
ード」操作を行った場合、タイトルメニューボタンが残り続
ける。
　β1 rel.3 でも発生。

　PekoSystem#showTitle で、タイトルメニューボタンによる選択
がキャンセルされた処理が抜けていたのが原因。
　修正。
