選択肢の列数と項目数によって配置が乱れる

　たとえば、3 列表示、vertical-align:middle の設定で、
項目数が 3 の倍数の時とそれ以外の場合でずれが生じる。
これはボタンは一領域の高さ計算が間違っているから。
　ついでに、ボタンの高さが異なる可能性もあるわけで、そ
こが全然吸収されてない。下手すると重なり合う可能性もあ
る。
　ということで、全然ダメダメなので、ちゃんと直さないと
いけない。

　修正。ついでに、ウィンドウサイズを決定するタイミングがずれてい
たので、メニューバーの分だけキャンバスが削られていたバグも修正。
