遷移先シーンが存在しない場合，PVNS が終了してしまう。
[peko-Bugs 6559] の趣旨にてらして，遷移先シーンが存在し
ない場合も，強制終了ではなく，エラーメッセージを出力し
た上でタイトルに戻るように修正する。
