Outlookで受信できません (2006-03-09 18:53 by Anonymous #20540)

Kudoともうします。
WindowsXPにv0.22.4をインストールしましたが、OutlookExpressでは問題なく動作しますが、Outlook2002で動作しません。
正確には一度は動作しましたが、それ以降は何度やっても送受信中のままで止まってしまいます。
FAQを確認し、TelnetにてPOPFile経由でメールサーバにはログインできることを確認していますし、netstatにて他のプロセスがPOP:110を使用していないことも確認しております。
どなたか、確認すべき点などをご教示願います。

他のメールクライアントで問題なく使用できるのであれば、
おそらく Outlook の設定がどこか間違っているのではないかと
思われます。

を参考に、もう一度設定を見直してみてください。

ご指摘ありがとうございます。
何度も見直しておりまして、間違いはないことを確認済みですし、一回は成功しているものですから、途方にくれております。
何度もPOPFileとOutlookを再起動したり、PCを再起動することはもちろん、不要なタスクを全て終了するなどしても改善されません。Outlook固有の設定が何かあるのでしょうか？

Outlook のアカウント設定画面の「アカウント設定のテスト」で
原因が調べられるかもしれません。
すでに試されているかもしれませんが。

どういう環境でどういう設定をされているのかがわからないので
何とも言いようがないのですが、
・Outlook で SPA や SSL の設定が有効になってしまっている
とか
・送信（SMTP）に認証が必要な環境
とかかも知れません。

どういう設定をされているのかを書き出していただきますと
なにかわかるかもしれません。

あとは、

を参考にログを取得してみるくらいでしょうか。

御指導いただいたとおり、詳細設定にてログ採取レベルを変更した後、再起動したところ、受信できるようになりました。
根本的な原因はわかりませんが、無事に使用することができるようになりました。

ログレベルの変更は、細かいログまで記録するように
設定するだけであり、受信などの動作には関係はずですが、
とりあえずは問題が解消されたということでよかったです。
