POPFile コントロールセンターの表示がおかしいです。 (2007-01-17 02:55 by Anonymous #27152)

Popfile 0.22.4で、履歴タブの最近のメッセージの表示がおかしくなりました。
インストール当初はちゃんと出ていましたが、
< 受信日時 差出人 宛て先 件名 分類
とタイトルが出るだけで、履歴が正しく表示されません。
どうしてこのような現象が起こるのでしょうか

お使いの OS はなんですか？
また、履歴が表示されないだけで、POPFile 経由での
メール受信は正しく動作しているということでしょうか？

もしそうであれば、ひとつの可能性としてフィルタが
かかっているのかもしれません。履歴タブの上のほうに
「リセット」ボタンがありますので、これをクリック
してフィルタを解除してみてください。
（あるいは、POPFile を一度終了させて再起動すれば
　フィルタがリセットされると思います）

もし、受信などにも何か問題が起こっているのであれば、
データベースが破損しているのかもしれません。
POPFile を終了させ、
スタート→プログラム→POPFile→Support→check database status
を実行して、その結果を教えていただけますか。

OSはLinuxです。
フィルタを設定したことはなかったのですが、念のためリセットを実行してみました。しかし、同じ不具合現象で改善されませんした。

DBも正常時にとったpopfile.db をバックアップから戻しましたが、現象は変わりませんでした。

ほかに原因は考えられるでしょうか？

先にも書きましたが、その状態でメールの受信は正常に
行われていますか？

あと試してみるとしたら、popfile.db や popfile.cfg を
削除した状態で動かしてみる、POPFile 自体を再インストール
してみるくらいでしょうか。
あるいは、POPFile のログを確認してみる、コンソールから
POPFile を起動してエラーなどが表示されないかどうか
確認してみるというのもあるかもしれません。

原因がわかりました。

html_columns の設定が、何かによって書き換わっていました。

html_columns の値が
+inserted,+from,+to,-cc,+subject,-date,-size,+bucket の初期値から
inserted,from,to,-cc,subject,-date,-size,bucket
に変わっていました。

デフォルトに修正したら、正常に表示されました。

なぜ勝手にここが書き換わったのかがよくわかりませんが、原因がわかったので対応することができました。

なぜ設定がおかしくなってしまっていたのかわかりませんが、
とりあえず問題が解決されたということでよかったです。

履歴タブには、チェックボックスと再分類のためのメニューだけが
表示されていた、ということなんでしょうか。

そうなんです。
プルダウンには何も表示されないで
ただ、受信があるたびに、空白行が
増えていくだけになるんです。
