英辞郎EPWING化辞書を愛用しております。
このたび、7万項目増の書籍版英辞郎第九版が発売されたので、EPWING化すべく購入しました。
ところが、変換用テキストデータが収録されていませんでした。
非常に残念です。

にあるとおり、今後はもうテキストでは出さないのだと思います。
去年、Logophile形式で公開されたことがあったのですが、ネット上の誰かが、それを解読してテキストを取り出すような物を公開してしまい、その数日後にはLogophile形式の公開もなくなりました。
残念ですが、利用者の多い英和で商売をしていくためには、何らかのコピー防止策は避けられないと思います。
