The new pamac version 10 is available.
NOTE: At the time of the update, if they do it from the terminal, they will ask if they want to remove the pamac-tray-appindicator package, to which they will answer yes (pamac does not need it anymore).
In KDE, if we update from the terminal, it will give us a message that pamac-aur and pamac-tray-appindicator are in conflict. It will ask us if we want to uninstall pamac-tray-appindicator, and we answer yes (Y).
If we update through pamac, it will show us a message that pamac-tray-appindicator will be uninstalled.
EXTRA FOR KDE USERS: Once pamac is installed, a change will have to be made manually:
(Maybe they are not exactly these names, remember that my system is in Spanish) Go to System Preferences -> Startup and shutdown -> Autostart, and there in add, we select add application, and simply write the following:
This is done so that the pamac icon appears on the system tray.
In order to view the files in the different categories in pamac, the archlinux-appstream-data file for Arch Linux has been modified. If you have the RebornOS repository installed first (before the other repositories) the change will be made automatically. Otherwise, they would have to force their installation.
No manual intervention is required on the rest of the desktops, except updating the archlinux-appstream-data.
