対数軸で 10^-12 ～ 10^-10 の範囲の数字は，10^-12 10^-11
10^-10 となるべきだが，
実際は 10^-12 10^-12 10^-10 となってしまう．

数字の桁数計算を行っているところに不具合が見つかった．
修正済み．次期リリースで反映予定．
