メニューバーの Layout->Paper Size からウィンドウの用紙のサイズを変更出来るが、利用方法が分かりづらい。

用紙の大きさの選択肢 A4, B5, US Letter の下に、用紙の向きの選択肢 Portrait, Landscape が存在しており、最初に向きを選択した後で大きさを選択するという使い方になっているが、これが利用者には分かりにくい。

メニュー項目全体を変更しました。下記のように、用紙の大きさと向きの全ての組み合わせについてメニュー項目を作成し、配置しました。

　・A4 Portrait

　・B5 Portrait

　・US Letter Portrait

　・A4 Landscape

　・B5 Landscape

　・US Letter Landscape

修正したソースコードは CVS にコミット済みです。
