TickLabelを傾けたときは，Tickの位置に文字がセンタリング
されると，ずれたように見える．

文字列の右上がTickの位置にくるようにしたほうがよい．

傾けたTick Labelを外包する矩形の、Bottom軸の場合には
右上隅が、Top軸の場合には左下隅が、それぞれデータの点の
X座標に一致するように、位置を修正しました。
