スピナーに入力された文字列が数字だけの場合でも、
デフォルトの単位での値として読み込んで設定を行う
ようにする。
単位付きの数字であれば、入力された単位に応じて
数値を変換して設定を行うようにする。

入力値がスピナーのステップの値に一致しないときにスピナーの
上向き／下向きの矢印ボタンが押下された場合には、それぞれ
数値の切り上げ／切り捨てを行ってステップの値に一致させる
ようにする。
