ダイアログで不可視に設定されたオブジェクトに関しては、
そのオブジェクトに関連するダイアログの設定項目を
使用不可能にする。

ダイアログでの可視／不可視の切り替えに伴い、関連する部品を
使用不可能にするような処理を実装しました。
現時点では Axis と Legend のダイアログについて実装を
行いました。
