保存したプロパティを変更せずに，
新しいウィンドゥを開いて，
そのプロパティで書かせようとしても，
不正なプロパティですと言われて腹が立つ．

プロパティファイルを XML 形式に変更し、入出力部分にも大規模な
変更を行ないました。
ユーザがプロパティファイルを編集しようとして誤った記入を
行なわない限りは、出力したプロパティファイルは正常に読み込める
と思います。
