Samurai Graphのwindow上で白を選んでいても，
Previewでは背景が灰色になって，毎回，
オプションで背景を白に選択する必要があります．

Windowで選択した背景色が反映されるとか，
デフォルトは白色になっているとかの方がよい．

ファイル出力のプレビューダイアログの背景色が灰色で、それが
そのまま JPEG の背景色に反映されていたようでした。
プレビューダイアログの背景色を白色に設定したことで、JPEG の
デフォルトの背景色は白色になりました。
