フィギュアに最初に追加されたデータファイルの値の範囲が
１に比べて非常に小さい場合には、軸の整数表示が ON になり、
軸に目盛りが表示されなくなる。
ダイアログで Integer のチェックを外せば目盛りは現れるが、
使いづらい。

データの範囲を元に整数表示にするかどうかを決定する処理にバグが
ありました。

CVS の最新版では修正されています。
