2-2.0-beta8_i386を使ってみましたが、Chromium(51.0)で入力した日本語の本文が文字化けします。（タイトルはOK） Firefox(47.0)、AndroidのEvernoteアプリ(4.6)で入力したものは問題ありませんでした。 Exportしたデータを比べてみると、NGのデータはCDATAの後にxml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"がありません。 データそのものは化けずに取得できているようです。
